## Overview
Law Firm is seeking experienced Corporate Transactional, Regulatory, and Compliance Partners and Associates for their Health Care Practice Group. These positions are available in the Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; and Dayton, OH offices.

## Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of health care regulatory, compliance, and corporate transactional experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in an important role contributing to the long-term succession and growth of the health care practice
- A license to practice in Ohio is preferred; Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Ohio bar exam or eligible for admission in Ohio will be considered
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
