Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a probate litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience practicing in probate, estate administration, and guardianship. The candidate will have supervision of paralegals and other staff related to their own case list. Will serve in the retention of existing clients. Representing clients in Court. Communication with clients regarding case updates. Manage calendar of deadlines and ensure all filings are completed prior to deadlines with the Court. Drafting and revising legal documents pertaining to own client's matters. Advise clients on legal matters. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Must have familiarity with various legal documents. Trial experience is a must, jury trial is a plus. Should have active TX license. Must have a JD degree. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have ability to build rapport with clients. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
