The Paralegal will be responsible for:

Assisting attorneys in all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
Conducting legal research and analysis
Managing and organizing case files, documents, and exhibits
Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts
Tracking and managing deadlines and court appearances
Assisting with trial preparation and presentations
Collaborating with attorneys and other paralegals on case strategy and management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
At least three (3) years of litigation experience
Experience with toxic tort litigation preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours

Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal with Toxic Tort litigation background to join our Seattle office. The primary responsibilities of this role include working for a minimum of four attorneys, calendaring, document management, and compiling information for discovery and trial preparation.
