The ideal candidate will have at least 2-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of state and federal civil and appellate procedure. Admission to the Florida Bar is required for this position.

Lewis Brisbois' Appellate Practice handles cases in federal and state courts across the country, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Our team of experienced lawyers, many of whom are board-certified in appellate law, have a deep understanding of local appellate court customs and procedures. They have a proven track record of securing significant victories for clients in various areas of law, including class action and mass tort, commercial litigation, construction, elder law, employment, healthcare, insurance coverage and bad faith, products liability, intellectual property, and toxic torts/environmental litigation.

As an Appellate Associate Attorney, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating trial records, writing effective briefs, conducting legal research, and presenting oral argument.
