Law Firm in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support their litigation attorneys. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 5 years of experience required. Responsibilities: - Prepare and edit complex correspondence and legal documents with advanced software and formatting skills - Organize and maintain hardcopy and electronic documents and calendars using document management software - Create exhibit lists, binders and compile documents for trials and mediations - Answer and record telephone messages promptly and display professional courtesy - Arrange appointments, coordinate meeting arrangements and make travel arrangements - Submit attorney time sheets and maintain client and firm files in accordance with procedures - Prepare client bills and financial-related documents - Review and route incoming mail and communicate with clients, attorneys and court personnel in a timely manner Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant - Excellent administrative and legal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook - Knowledge of document management and comparison software preferred - Familiarity with State and Federal Court procedures and e-filing preferred - Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure - Excellent oral and written communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer: At Law Firm in Raleigh, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
