The Ideal Candidate:

- Juris Doctor degree
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn new legal topics as needed
- Knowledge of federal and state court practice
- Experience with pleadings, motions, and other filings
- Experience with hearings and depositions
- Significant case management experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis for pleadings, memoranda, and other documents
- Draft pleadings and other case documents
- Attend hearings
- Manage matters from start to finish
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervising attorneys

Qualifications:

- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organization and matter management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with litigation documents and court procedures
