Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent prosecution and provide counseling for emerging companies focused on antibodies, DNA or RNA therapeutics, chemical biology, gene-editing, etc.
- Work on projects related to patent drafting, patent office actions, and patent portfolio management
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide strategic advice and support on intellectual property matters
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in patent laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Advanced degree, preferably a ., in a life sciences technology area such as molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, or cell biology
- 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution
- Must be a member of the Patent Bar (USPTO Registration Number)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
