Job Summary:

We are seeking a 3rd – 4th year Commercial Litigation Associate for our Litigation Practice Group in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience with both federal and New York state court litigation, specifically in breach of contract, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate governance, and/or securities litigation.

Requirements:

- Current member of the New York bar
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with federal and New York state court litigation preferred
- Judicial Clerks encouraged to apply
