Position Summary:
- Seeking an attorney with significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation
- Must be admitted to the Patent Bar and have 8-12 years of experience practicing in a law firm
- Responsibilities include working closely with partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues
- Strong litigation skills, excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines and on a team are required
- Engineering or computer science degree or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas preferred
- Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one
- Shutts will consider Attorneys looking to relocate to Florida
- Some portable business is required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services in Patent and Trademark Litigation
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues
- Utilize strong litigation skills to effectively represent clients
- Draft legal documents and communicate effectively with clients
- Pay exceptional attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members on cases and projects

Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience in a law firm
- Admitted to the Patent Bar
- Member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one
- Engineering or computer science degree or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas preferred
- Strong litigation skills and ability to work effectively within deadlines and on a team
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Portable business is preferred
