Duties:

  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop strategic legal solutions.
  • Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of case developments and legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on business and real estate matters.
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in legal research, contract negotiation, and drafting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing legal staff or mentoring junior associates is a plus.
