## Banking Litigation Staff Attorney (Hybrid Schedule) Duane Morris LLP is seeking a full-time, highly experienced staff litigation attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of experience drafting motions, discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing at court hearings, and knowledge of Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC, EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes. The position is available in their New York, Florida, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania offices and requires bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. **Remuneration** The target annual pay range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. Actual pay will vary depending on various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. This is a non-partnership track position.
