Ice Miller is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates attorney to join our team in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and talented attorney to work on a variety of estate planning, administration, and business succession matters.

Position Details:

Job Title: Trusts & Estates Attorney
Location: Indianapolis
Department: Trusts & Estates
Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Trusts & Estates team to provide legal counsel on estate planning, administration, and business succession planning.
Advise high-net-worth individuals on wealth transfer planning, charitable planning, and other related matters.
Represent fiduciaries in estate administration matters and provide guidance on trust administration and fiduciary responsibilities.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in estate planning, succession planning, and charitable planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Knowledge of estate and trust administration and fiduciary responsibilities.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Interest in developing and implementing relationship-building skills.
Prior experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Excellent academic credentials and references.
