The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and/or paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of comfort with technology. The Trial Paralegal will be responsible for researching and analyzing law sources, drafting legal documents, compiling and preparing draft discovery responses, coordinating requests among multiple parties, preparing and managing exhibits for trials, and attending evidentiary hearings, mock trials, and trials to assist with exhibits and trial software.
