Bush Seyferth PLLC is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and/or paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of comfort with technology. The Trial Paralegal will be responsible for researching and analyzing law sources, drafting legal documents, compiling and preparing draft discovery responses, coordinating requests among multiple parties, preparing and managing exhibits for trials, and attending evidentiary hearings, mock trials, and trials to assist with exhibits and trial software.

Job Duties:

- Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, or appeals, etc. for use by attorneys
- Draft legal documents for review and use by attorneys
- Compile and prepare draft discovery responses
- Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze reports, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel
- Coordinate requests among multiple parties involved in litigation by way of consistent communication with client, BSP attorneys, and others
- Prepare subpoenas and manage document productions
- Assist in investigation
- Coordinate document productions and prepare privilege logs
- Prepare and manage exhibits for depositions, briefs, hearings, mock trials, and trials
- Attend evidentiary hearings, mock trials, and trials to assist with exhibits and trial software
- Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records is preferred, but not required
