Job Overview: A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a motivated Litigation Support Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in managing and supporting litigation cases through comprehensive document management and trial preparation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead document review teams, including preparing manuals and identifying substantive review workflows.
  • Conduct thorough quality control reviews of legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Rectify inconsistencies or errors in document production and maintain detailed privilege logs.
  • Summarize complex legal documents and provide concise summaries to assist case preparation.
  • Develop detailed chronologies of case events and analyze case facts to construct comprehensive timelines.
  • Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure trial readiness.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
  • Strong academic background with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • . from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Active member in good standing of the Bar in at least one state or the District of Columbia; ability to become admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or interest in major environmental statutes (., Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act) preferred.
  • RCA certification preferred.
