- Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oil and Gas Title Attorney

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct title examinations and draft title opinions
- Identify and analyze relevant documents
- Conduct due diligence reviews for oil and gas transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with litigation attorneys if needed
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Meet quarterly billable requirement
- Actively pursue continuous learning opportunities

Position Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license
- At least one year of experience drafting title opinions in North Dakota
- Familiarity with preparing large division order ownerships
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for growth and professional development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
