Position Overview:

- Seeking a Senior General Liability Associate Attorney for the general liability practice group in the Boston office
- Opportunity to work with a highly experienced and knowledgeable team
- Fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in MA (NH, RI and ME are a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in general liability litigation and transportation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
- Represent clients in a variety of general liability claims
- Collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Attend court appearances and depositions regularly
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
