The firm is seeking junior and mid-level associates for its high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for its New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidates will have up to six (6) years of patent litigation experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Represent patent holders and alleged infringers in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel post-grant proceedings
- Leverage depth of technical and scientific expertise to adopt innovative strategies to obtain successful outcomes for clients
- Draft legal documents and briefs
- Participate in developing client strategies
- Handle trial and deposition preparation
- Manage discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $370,000, with a discretionary bonus for eligible employees based on performance.
