The US Banking & Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is looking for an associate with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience and counsel or other attorneys with more experience to work in the New York office or other locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong deal experience working in a sophisticated corporate law firm (or similar setting) with a focus on representing borrowers, lenders, sellers or purchasers in US and cross-border trade finance, supply chain finance, commodity finance, receivables monetization, trade receivables securitization, asset based lending or other similar products.

Salary & Benefits

The NY salary for this position for the class of 2020 to 2016 is $250,000-400,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above. Additional rewards such as an annual bonus may be allocated based on individual performance, utilization and other financial metrics, depending on the individual’s role.
