Law Firm Seeking Associate for Finance Team:
- Seeking a candidate with significant experience in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.
- Opportunity to work with a premier Business Restructuring & Reorganization team.
- Work with Global Finance team on high profile, top of the capital structure representations.
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings.

Salary and Benefits Information:
- Annual compensation range between $365,000 and $435,000.
- Salary offered within range dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.

- Will primarily work with Global Finance team and in tandem with Business Restructuring & Reorganization team.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
