Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to intellectual property law and patent infringement issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for litigation cases.
  • Assist in deposition preparation, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation, and/or ITC proceedings.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with source code is preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials from a reputable institution.
