- We are seeking a litigation associate with 3-8 years of experience to join our growing Education Industry Team in Atlanta, Georgia.

- The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and communication skills and a passion for supporting educational institutions.
- As a Special Education Law Associate, you will work on matters involving the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and other federal and state regulations.
- You will also address issues related to 504 plans, individualized education programs (IEPs), and the rights of students with disabilities in both public and private educational settings.
- This position requires excellent writing, research, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle due process hearings and related appeals.
- Parker Poe has a politically savvy team that stays up-to-date on the political, regulatory, and cultural forces affecting schools and helps clients navigate sensitive issues.
- Our team has extensive experience representing all types of education institutions, including public and private colleges and universities, K-12 public school districts, private schools, and charter schools.
