Orland Park office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent litigation associate attorney preferably with 1-3 years of electrical engineering experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of patent litigation including IP due diligence, patent portfolio assessment, claim charting, technical analysis, discovery, depositions, brief drafting, and trial work. The position will offer extensive hands on experience and the opportunity for domestic travel. A strong technical background and analytical skills are required. Electrical engineering, computer science, and computer engineering degrees are preferred.
