McCabe Russell, PA is a successful law firm that specializes in family law and divorce matters located in Fulton, MD. We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with at least two years of Family Law experience to join our team.

### Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have Family Law experience that includes litigation, excellent academic credentials, and superior verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Adhering to the Maryland State Bar
* Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Maryland Family Law legal principles and practices, research techniques and in-depth knowledge of state laws and regulations
* Having 3 or more years of experience in a position that required client contact and litigation
* Demonstrating technical knowledge of and ability to use MS Office Suite, file sharing software, legal research software and case management software
* Possessing acute analytical and critical thinking skills
* Being able to clearly express written and oral ideas with proper grammar, formatting, and decorum
* Managing changing deadlines, client demands and multiple cases
* Paying attention to detail and accuracy
* Effectively managing time to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
