Experience:
- Mid-level associate (class of 2019-2021)
- Previous experience in privacy and cybersecurity law preferred
- Familiarity with FTC jurisdiction and state privacy laws
- Experience with ad tech, ed tech, fin tech, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, and emerging technologies (IoT, block chain, biometrics)
- Drafting privacy, data handling, and cybersecurity policies
- Conducting privacy due diligence for deals and corporate transactions
- Familiarity with cross-border data transactions a plus
