Foley & Lardner LLP is a premier law firm in Florida, with offices in Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, and Tampa. We are currently seeking a sophisticated and experienced attorney to join our Estates & Trusts Practice Group as a senior member. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded attorney with strong business law experience to join our dynamic team and take on significant client contact and development.

As a senior Estates & Trusts Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning. You will also have the chance to work with individuals, families, executives, and business owners to help them achieve their specific objectives. This role requires a candidate with top academics, at least 10 years of experience, and a strong commitment to understanding and solving complex business issues.

We are looking for a highly-motivated attorney who is willing to work collaboratively, mentor younger associates, and invest time in client development. You must have excellent client relationship, project management, and negotiating skills, as well as document drafting and senior review skills. Large law firm experience is preferred, and you must hold a JD from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the Florida Bar.
