## Construction Litigation Partner

Kelley Kronenberg is actively growing its Construction Practice in South Florida and is looking for a with 5+ years of Construction litigation experience. Partner must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a high-performer, as well as enjoy acting as a mentor and fostering growth within their team while providing excellent client service. Kelley Kronenberg offers a non-traditional compensation structure complimented by an excellent benefits package and an in-house Business Development/Marketing team to assist with servicing and growing the client base.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of construction litigation matters
- Handle all aspects of construction litigation cases, from intake to trial
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high-level client service
- Lead and mentor a team of Attorneys and Paralegals
- Assist in the development and growth of the Construction Practice
- Participate in Business Development and Marketing initiatives

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of Construction litigation experience
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
