Salary & Benefits:

- Salary commensurate with experience and skill set

- For New York City applicants, salary range is - ($72, - $145,), plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Responsibilities:

- Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
- Perform extensive research
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and comply with all client guidelines
- Meet all deadlines
- Accurately record and maintain billable hours

Requirements:

- 2+ years of general litigation experience, including general liability, premises liability, and auto liability

- Federal court experience preferred
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
