• Handle a diverse caseload involving maritime law, including personal injury, regulatory matters, and cargo defense.
• Represent clients in maritime-related disputes such as salvage, pollution, collision, and inland marine issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage client communication and case progression effectively.
• Provide legal counsel on maritime and insurance defense matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• A law license in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice in MA.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of legal research and writing.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, particularly in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Massachusetts or eligibility to sit for the Bar exam in Massachusetts.
