Produces quality legal work and bills the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client services. Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts. Complies with the very highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Actively makes decisions on client matters with little supervision. Actively embraces learning new skills and mastering new technology and sharing with others.

Juris Doctor

Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a Juris Doctor and be licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business. Should maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements. Must have 4+ years of relevant experience in ACA, Healthcare Benefits, Qualified Plan compliance with IRS and Department of Labor, Multi-employer plans, benefits in mergers and acquisitions; substantial experience in drafting, reviewing motions, and court filings. Should preferably have 5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.
