Job Overview: A law firm in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to handling cases.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
