Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, managing cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and appear in court as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload of serious injury cases.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and litigation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar and eligibility to practice law in Nevada.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
