Law Firm is seeking an experienced Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for our New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Texas or Florida office.

## Job Description

Law Firm is looking for a Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with to join our team. The successful candidate will have a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. This position provides an excellent opportunity for rewarding, interesting, and challenging work in all aspects of patent and intellectual property litigation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Represent clients in patent and other intellectual property litigation
- Manage pre-trial discovery and research
- Draft motions, briefs, and other pleadings
- Participate in all phases of trial
- Maintain a high level of client service

**Requirements:**

- in patent and/or intellectual property litigation
- Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Compensation and Benefits:**

Law Firm offers a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $315,000.
