Hodgson Russ LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with four to six years of experience to join our team in either Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded firm and gain experience in a variety of areas of trust and estate law.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing counsel to clients on high net-worth tax and estate planning, wealth preservation and charitable giving, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning. You will have the opportunity to work with our experienced attorneys who have decades of experience in this field and collaborate with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients.

Trusts & Estates Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel to clients on high net-worth tax and estate planning
- Assist with wealth preservation and charitable giving strategies
- Handle estate and trust administration matters
- Work with clients on business succession planning
- Collaborate with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions
- Stay updated on changes in trust and estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Four to six years of experience in trusts and estates law
- Strong knowledge of tax and estate planning strategies
- Experience with wealth preservation and charitable giving
- Familiarity with estate and trust administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
