- Law firm looking for experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney in Southfield, Michigan
- Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package
- Join a quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff
- Handle heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial
- Represent plaintiffs in slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bite, and other cases in Wayne County and surrounding areas
- Generous and competitive compensation includes base salary, guaranteed commission, and ongoing commission fees/bonuses
- Large case staff including dedicated paralegal and legal assistant to assist with each litigator's workload
- Responsible for day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Draft and file litigation documents, guide clients through case process, and interact with expert witnesses
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury/premises liability experience required
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association of Michigan
