This is a great opportunity for recent law school graduates to gain experience in a variety of practice areas and locations. The entry-level associate position is available in our Corporate and Insurance Transactions practice group. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about transactional law and have a strong desire to learn and grow in this area. As an entry-level associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. You will also have the chance to work with clients in a variety of industries, gaining valuable experience and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for our entry-level associates. The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $215,000. However, the actual initial salary may be above or below this range, depending on your skills, training, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
