Responsibilities:

- Screen applicants for eligibility and complete online applications
- Provide legal information and advice under the supervision of attorneys
- Offer referrals to other resources as needed
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when working with clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds

Requirements:

- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- Client or customer service experience preferred
- Legal experience is a plus, but training will be provided
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office required
- Ability to work effectively with low-income and disadvantaged populations

Compensation and Benefits:
