Real Estate Associate Opportunity in Orlando, FL Salary: Competitive and based on experience Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a highly reputable national law firm with a strong presence in 31 cities, is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate Development Practice Group in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of three years of law firm experience and a strong background in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, construction contracts, development, zoning, and loan documents, as well as experience with property diligence and resolving title and survey concerns. Familiarity with public/private partnership agreements for urban redevelopment sites is a plus.
