A well-established law firm located in Las Vegas, NV is actively seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with a passion for litigation and the drive to succeed. As a Junior Associate, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on business and insurance defense cases while collaborating with a supportive and experienced legal team.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of legal tasks, including motion practice and discovery disputes
• Conduct depositions and make court appearances
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy development
• Provide legal support in business and insurance defense cases
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar in good standing
• Litigation experience in business or insurance defense preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organization

Education:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

Skills:

• Litigation and courtroom experience
• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct legal research and analysis
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
