Are you a skilled paralegal with a passion for advocating for consumers' rights? Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our boutique Consumer Class Action Department. In this role, you will support our attorneys in all phases of litigation and have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking cases that make a real impact in the lives of consumers.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for maintaining organized case files, drafting and reviewing documents, managing court deadlines, and communicating professionally with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel. With at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, you will have strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in drafting discovery for both California and Federal Courts. Fluency in Spanish and E-Discovery experience are also desirable skills.
