Marshall Dennehey, ., an Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with a long history of providing excellent service to corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is looking to hire a Coverage Litigation Attorney in its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The ideal candidate will have four (4) or more years of legal experience.

This position is focused on UIM bad faith litigation, but may also involve pre-litigation consultation, drafting coverage opinions, and potentially, insurance fraud investigation and litigation. The practice group is teamwork-based and client-focused, with the chance to interact with clients and grow in the practice.
