A law firm in New York City is seeking a Securitization Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on complex securitization transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with structuring, negotiating, and documenting securitization transactions, conducting due diligence, researching legal issues, preparing offering materials, and collaborating with clients and other attorneys.

 

Duties:

  • Assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting securitization transactions
  • Conduct due diligence and review legal documents related to securitization transactions
  • Research and analyze legal issues pertaining to securitization transactions
  • Prepare and review offering materials and disclosure documents
  • Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal advice
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior associates within the group
  • Stay updated with regulatory developments and industry trends in securitization

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to, and membership in good standing of, the New York Bar

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New York Bar
