## Entertainment/Technology Transactional Staff Attorney Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm, is seeking a staff attorney with a minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position will primarily entail representing clients in the entertainment field and drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions. The successful candidate should have a good academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills. The position is available in any of the following offices: Cincinnati and Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN. **Job Summary:** Frost Brown Todd is seeking a Transactional Staff Attorney to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in the entertainment field and drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions. **Responsibilities:** - Represent clients in the entertainment field - Draft, revise, review and negotiate a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions including software and services agreements, consulting, music production, etc. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Maintain a high level of knowledge of relevant laws and regulations - Assist with other legal matters as needed **Requirements:** - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school - A minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience - Good academic record - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Salary:** Salary will be commensurate with experience.
