Mid-level Class Action Associate
The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience. Should ideally have 3+ years of litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm), superior writing, research, and analytical skills, with ability to navigate and take ownership of multi matter docket. Experience with class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation is highly preferred. Should have a strong academic background from a nationally recognized school. A previous federal clerkship is a plus. Superior writing skills are needed.
