As a Paralegal with PrimeLending, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with attorneys on various legal projects, conduct due diligence on third party service providers, and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines. You will also have the chance to provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining calendars.

We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and at least 1 year of related experience. A paralegal certification is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes
- Collaborate with attorneys regarding contract reviews, vendor management, and commercial leases
- Conduct due diligence on third party service providers and/or vendors and update/work in various data repository systems
- Research, respond, and coordinate responses related to consumer complaints, regulatory inquiries, and general business requests
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
- File correspondence and legal documents in office filing system
- Provide general paralegal support
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining calendars

Qualifications

- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong inter-personal and conflict management skills
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and accountability
