Role and Purpose:

As Employment Corporate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing proactive and practical advice to our Human Resources team and other internal business partners on a wide range of employment issues. You will also monitor employment law developments, draft and maintain employment policies, and assist with employment litigation and health and safety initiatives. Additionally, you will work with other members of the legal team to drive strategic initiatives and support the overall culture of Group.

Qualifications:

- . degree from an . accredited law school
- Admitted and member in good standing with one or more . jurisdiction bar
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
