This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in commercial foreclosures, commercial finance, real estate litigation, lender liability claims, receiverships, and CMBS transactions. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and be admitted to the New York bar.

As a member of our Real Estate Capital Markets practice, the associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and high-profile cases, providing legal support and advice to our clients. The associate will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial foreclosures, commercial finance, real estate litigation, lender liability claims, receiverships, and CMBS transactions
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial foreclosures, commercial finance, real estate litigation, lender liability claims, receiverships, and CMBS transactions
- Bar admission in New York
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Salary Information:
- Salary range $310,000 - $390,000/year
- Dependent on qualifications and experience
