# Complex Commercial Litigation Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least two years of litigation experience to join our Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top law firm and work on complex commercial litigation cases.

## Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have litigation experience in a law firm or government law office, preferably with experience in class action litigation or litigation involving the financial services industry. Experience in securities, banking, insurance or antitrust litigation is also helpful. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required. We also welcome federal judicial clerkship experience.

Applicants must have an active Minnesota attorney license.
