The Position:
- Seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience
- Join the Las Vegas office of Holland & Hart
- Ideal candidate will have top tier law firm experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent legal research and writing skills required
- Preferred candidates will have a strong academic background, practical law school experience, and/or judicial clerkship experience

Compensation and Expectations:
- Merit-based compensation with evaluation based on individual performance and achievements
- Generous bonus program to reward financial contributions and hard work
- Eligible for fee splits
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Encouraged to participate in firm committees and activities
