  • Develop and implement corporate compliance programs and HIPAA compliance programs for healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an attorney in healthcare law.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and transactional matters within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Preferred: Certification in healthcare law or related field (., Health Law Certification from the American Board of Legal Medicine).

Skills:
