Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, a top 200 law firm in the United States, is currently looking for an experienced real estate attorney to join our team in either Cincinnati, Cleveland, or Columbus. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate transactions for commercial property owners, lenders, landlords, and tenants.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in development, purchase, sale, and financing of commercial properties
• Negotiate joint venture agreements and prepare equity syndication documents
• Work with clients throughout the country, with potential for some travel once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
• Coordinate and supervise complex real estate transactions

Qualifications:
• Five or more years of high-level real estate experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
